      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outreach to service providers via phone to discuss the employer's value proposition and product offerings
      - Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with service providers
      - Coach service providers on effectively building long-term relationships with homeowners
      - Research service providers using various resources to gather relevant information
      - Meet and exceed required sales targets, responsible for contract value sold biweekly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Strong motivation to exceed sales goals and deliver top performance
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and actively listen
      - Proven computer aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in inside sales is a plus
      - Ability to work independently while paying attention to detail
      - Strong initiative for continuous improvement and accuracy in information handling
