What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Communications and Technology products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and support
- Provide quotations and estimates for products while ensuring accurate pricing
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on inventory management and order fulfillment
- Assist in resolving customer complaints related to billing and product issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to think creatively to provide effective sales solutions
- Strong collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and interpreting business materials and technical documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or university
- 2-4 years of related experience in sales or customer service
