What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new insurance sales through effective strategies
- Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to assess their needs and present suitable insurance policies
- Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to meet individual customer requirements
- Commit to ongoing education about various insurance types, protocols, and policy changes
- Update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to track progress toward monthly sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- No felony convictions
- Self-motivated and willing to work on a commission-based structure
- Must possess computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
