      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote customer service representative (CSR) services for commercial and personal lines to agency clients using AMS360
      - Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including accurate timekeeping of billable and non-billable work
      - Communicate regularly and proactively with leadership, internal staff, and clients
      - Verify timely and accurate completion of client work while maintaining strict confidentiality
      - Identify additional client needs and offer solution-based services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of independent insurance experience
      - Proficiency with PC, high-speed internet, virus protection, and spyware
      - Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to sit for extended periods
      - Designated work area free of distractions
      - Self-motivated and detail-oriented

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Vertafore agency management systems
      - Insurance P&C License strongly preferred
