Basic Qualifications
• 3-7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity

• Critical Path Scheduling methodology

We seek a level 3 Program Planning professional to be part of our team supporting the OPIR Mission. The position will be based out of Highlands Ranch CO, Boulder CO, or Sunnyvale CA. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to...
1. Leading development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
2. Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS) and supplemental schedules
3. Leading the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
4. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
5. Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
6. Lead planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms. Ensure schedule accuracy
7. Perform schedule integrity checks
8. Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
9. Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
10. Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices
11. Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience program planning within the aerospace/defense industry
• Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge
• Proven experience within the aerospace/defense industry with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.
• Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools
• Experience in resource loading, performing capacity/constraint management and analysis
• Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master knowledge
• Production / Sustainment / Depot Operations
• Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Development
• Proposal Experience
• Advanced Excel skill set including macros, lookup tables and VBA
• Ability to communicate utilizing different techniques and build strong relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsOther Important Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
