      • The RM & Operations teams sets terms for customer shipping and determines the utilization of flight capacity to deliver the division’s commercial and operational objectives. The RM & Operations team takes a customer- and data-oriented approach to create pricing solutions, offer routing options, and develop deal terms for cargo shipping needs across the global network.
      • Working with the front-line teams in Sales, Customer Service, and other groups the RM & Operations team is the key driver for strategic initiatives that drive results such as revenue growth, customer and market share growth, new service and product development, and service recovery measures.

      What you'll do

      • Develop, present and implement strategies to address marketplace competition, changes in customer preference and improvements in technology, and marketing tools
      • Formulate new pricing, product and space utilization initiatives
      • Utilize market and pricing data, and customer research to understand trends and opportunities; leverage knowledge to drive revenue, increase yield, improve market share and enhance customer loyalty Structure, negotiate and implement pricing and capacity programs, vendor agreements, customer relationships and partner agreements
      • Develop pricing response to contracted pricing requests and RFPs, using a combination of quantitative analysis and customer-centric objectives
      • Perform data analysis and make recommendations to Cargo leaders

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management
      • Strong demonstrated analytical skills
      • Ability to derive insight from data and form a solution used for strategic decision making
      • Operate within a team environment, across departments, and with all levels of management
      • Comfort with new technology and business software
      • Enrollment in an accredited program in business, data analysis, economics or statistics and OR
