      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to system alerts and troubleshoot various technical issues
      - Monitor and manage system and production performance
      - Engage with associates across the enterprise to resolve incidents efficiently
      - Create and adhere to process and documentation standards
      - Support customers and associates outside of regular business hours as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
      - Must be enrolled in school during the internship period
      - Typically seeking candidates between their Junior and Senior years or between their 1st and 2nd years of graduate school
      - Experience with Microsoft 365, PowerShell, SQL, Active Directory, and other relevant technologies
      - Reliable method of transportation to commute to the employer's location

      - Experience in incident and problem management
      - Strong analytical and communication skills
