- Support the Architectural Review Board and Design Authority Review Board.
- Assist with coordination, documentation and meeting facilitation.
- Maintain and update the EA Hub SharePoint portal.
- Contribute to updates for ARC (Architecture Relevance Checklist), ISAD (Infrastructure Solution Architecture Document), ARB (Architecture Review Board), and DARB (Design Architecture Review Board) workflows.
- Support governance improvements related to cloud platforms, SaaS solutions and AI initiatives.
- Help refine and document EA processes.
- Assist with integration between portfolio management tools.
- Support data loading, validation and portfolio reporting preparation.
- You are currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent program (preferably postgraduate).
- You have an understanding of workstation, server, network, and data center components.
- You possess familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
- You have a basic understanding of AI terminology and enterprise use cases.
- You possess familiarity with layered architectural models and functional separation.
- You have structured thinking with the ability to break down complex problems.
- You possess awareness of enterprise architecture domains: business, data, application, technology, and security.
- You have an understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and interoperability concepts.
- You possess an interest in frameworks like TOGAF or any diagramming method that prevents architectural entropy.
- You have proficiency with Office 365 and presentation or diagramming tools.
- You possess the ability to read, write, and lightly debug simple scripts in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- You have comfort with documentation repositories, modeling tools, and workflow platforms.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- You possess a willingness to ask clarifying questions without hesitation.
- You possess eagerness to learn enterprise‑scale technologies and modern architecture practices.
- You have attention to detail paired with practical judgment.
- You are self‑driven, organized, and able to multitask without metaphorically dropping servers.
