      About the team you are joining

      You will report to the Head, Invoicing and Collection, and you will be assisting in the invoicing and collection operations in the assigned segments, with the goal of developing a solid technical understanding of our systems and achieving process improvements.

      What your day would be like

      Primarily responsible for assisting in the invoicing operation for airlines invoices related to IATA Settlement Services, IATA Coding Annual Fees, SIS e-Invoicing.
      Develop a technical understanding of the various invoicing processes and the systems used in our operation.
      Suggest and implement feasible process improvements.
      Work on the development of robotic process automations (RPA)


      We would love to hear from you if

      Recent (less than 12 months) university degree in Business Administration or a related field;
      Good understanding of how ERP systems work
      Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
      Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural and demanding environment whilst being organized to deliver upon tight deadlines and productivity metrics;
      Ability to set priorities and to work with a high-level of drive, energy, and speed with a strong customer focus on proactive problem solving, continuous follow-up, and client retention.
      Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in any other regional language would be an asset.
