      Intern – Whistleblowing & Integrity Due Diligence Services

      Join our Team as an Intern

      The Opportunity

      We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support whistleblowing and due diligence programs in a temporary role for five (5) months. The role involves assisting clients in operating whistleblowing programs (hotline/e‑mail/post) and conducting public‑records due diligence, including screening information provided by clients and third parties.

      K ey Roles and Responsibilities

      • Listen attentively to whistleblowers, clarify information to ensure a complete understanding of their concern and documenting such concerns in a report.
      • Investigate and check the qualifications, history and appropriateness of individuals or organizations, facilitating well-informed decisions in areas like hiring and business dealings.
      • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

      S kills and Attributes for Success

      • Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil and English and possess strong English writing skills.
      • Ability to work shifts (rotational basis i.e., six day work week with six hours per day) and meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.).
