Job Description

- You will support our global and international project and leadership teams in a wide range of projects involving transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.
- You will actively contribute to the design and implementation of change management measures.
- You will assist in the planning, organization, and follow-up of workshops and trainings.
- In addition, you will prepare presentations, communication materials, and other forward-looking formats for our various target groups.
- Your tasks will also include conducting research for concepts or new, innovative culture transformation formats, as well as directly supporting their design and rollout.
- You are a student (m/f/d) of business administration, human resources, psychology, communication or natural sciences, or a related field, and you are looking for a mandatory internship.
- You have an interest in topics such as corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience in writing texts and strong communication and teamwork skills are an advantage.
- We expect fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in common MS Office tools.
- On a personal level, you stand out through strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as a structured and independent working style.
- With a mentor and a team at your side who support you at the start and throughout your time at Voith and provide regular feedback, you will benefit not only from professional but also personal development.
