      Your Responsibilities

      • You will support our global and international project and leadership teams in a wide range of projects involving transformation, strategy implementation, and change management.
      • You will actively contribute to the design and implementation of change management measures.
      • You will assist in the planning, organization, and follow-up of workshops and trainings.
      • In addition, you will prepare presentations, communication materials, and other forward-looking formats for our various target groups.
      • Your tasks will also include conducting research for concepts or new, innovative culture transformation formats, as well as directly supporting their design and rollout.

      Your Profile

      • You are a student (m/f/d) of business administration, human resources, psychology, communication or natural sciences, or a related field, and you are looking for a mandatory internship.
      • You have an interest in topics such as corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management.
      • Experience in writing texts and strong communication and teamwork skills are an advantage.
      • We expect fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in common MS Office tools.
      • On a personal level, you stand out through strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as a structured and independent working style.
