Job Description
- Req#: 20309
- Supports the full employee lifecycle process from onboarding to offboarding by preparing required documentations, updating records, and ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Maintains and updates employee master data in P&C systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness and confidentiality.
- Supports P&C digitalization initiatives, including system enhancement, process automation efforts and data cleansing activities.
- Involves in system enhancement testing and provides feedback from optimization.
- Provides support in organizing and executing P&C department engagement programs and activities.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, any other similar qualification.
- Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to commit for 3 months.
- Strong attention to detail in managing employee record and compliance documentation.
- Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills.
- High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player.
- Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
- Passion in the beer industry.
