What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver intensive live interventions for small groups of students using research-based instructional best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to determine appropriate targeted support
- Communicate support and feedback to stakeholders effectively
- Use data to inform instructional strategies and student growth paths
- Coordinate student transitions and manage intervention schedules
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching or academic intervention experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Active teaching certification/license required
- Ability to deliver engaging instruction on an online video-based tutoring platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Understanding of student intervention best practices
- Highly motivated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
