      TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC location for an Inventory Specialist II who will support the Recon/Refurbish department.       Primary Responsibilities:

      The Inventory Analyst is responsible for all assigned tasks relating to inventory control, including maintaining inventory counts and communicating inventory needs and Customer Tool status to Operations management.

      Primary Duties:

      • Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs.
      • Counts and reconciles chosen and/or random part numbers and locations daily.
      • Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies.
      • Compiles, verifies and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in parts needed for tool repair/refurbishment as related to inventory.
      • Partners with Supply Chain as necessary to communicate any parts issues/needs to ensure timely replenishment.
      • Assists in compiling data related to special projects, as requested by supervisor.
      • Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures and contractual obligations.
      • Partners with Leads and material handlers to train on proper inventory procedures.
      • Other duties as required and assigned.

      Education and Experience:

      • PC literate with experience with SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
      • High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
      • Minimum 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training.
      • Experience operating a standup lift (order picker/reach lift) (preferred, not required)

      Essential Skills:

      • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
      • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
      • Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks and pallets
      • Ability to communicate and train other team members

      Physical Demands

      • Standing for long periods of time.
      • Repetitive motion.
      • Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of parts and containers.
      • Frequent lifting up to 50lbs – team lifts over 50lbs.
      • Able to work in various temperature conditions.

      Internal Qualifications

      • No final warnings
      • No more than 6 attendance points
      • Efficiency and Quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
      • Must be in current role for 6+ months.
      • Must meet all job description requirements.
