- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Image, configure, and deploy new PC equipment.
- Support third-party applications, including clinical software and devices.
- Administer Microsoft Office 365 products.
- Support VPN connectivity for remote employees.
- Respond to and resolve end-user issues in a timely, customer-focused manner.
- Stay current with new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Follow all Clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain consistent, reliable on-site attendance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field
- 1–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Experience with PC and laptop hardware configuration and support
- Familiarity with Microsoft software deployment tools
- Experience administering Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to quickly learn and support new technology solutions
- Experience supporting VPN connectivity for remote users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Description
We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Analyst to support end users with desktop and laptop hardware, software, and related technology needs. This role works independently, supports a variety of technology platforms (including clinical software), and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service across the organization.
