      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, chat, phone, and email
      - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in Windows and Mac environments
      - Provide onboarding technical setup for new hires, including accounts, devices, and permissions
      - Assist in enforcing IT security policies and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
      - Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and recommend workflow improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent technical experience)
      - 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience, preferably in a legal or multi-location environment
      - Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
      - Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and identity/access management platforms
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and automation tools like Make.com or n8n
      - A genuine drive to learn new tools and concepts and adapt quickly to evolving systems
