What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and respond to all help desk tickets, logging incidents into the management system and ensuring timely responses
- Collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses while updating the knowledge base
- Provide end-user training and perform operational IT tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Office 365 applications
- CompTIA's A+ certification is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of configuring and managing Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Minimum of 1 year application support experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM solutions
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
