      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone/email support to employees, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to assist with technical support.
      - Use available resources to independently solve problems and find resolutions for employees.
      - Communicate clearly and follow up on incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
      - Document incidents thoroughly to prevent rework by support staff.
      - Manage work independently while escalating issues to appropriate teams or leadership as necessary.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of high-volume/fast-paced customer service experience.
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      - Completion of a 2-year AA degree or higher education.
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products.
      - Ability to manage work independently and efficiently.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of common helpdesk practices, IT systems, operating systems, and desktop support.
      - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is strongly preferred.
