      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide phone/email support to employees, troubleshooting technical issues effectively
      - Utilize available resources to solve problems independently and provide resolutions
      - Maintain clear communication and follow up on incidents to ensure resolution
      - Document incidents thoroughly to prevent re-work by support staff
      - Manage work independently, escalating issues when necessary to appropriate teams or leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of high-volume/fast-paced customer service experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Completed 2-year AA degree or higher education
      - Experience with Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General knowledge of common helpdesk practices, IT systems, operating systems, and desktop support
      - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
