What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the ticketing system, ensuring prompt responses to user requests via various communication methods
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding IT activities, including equipment management and system access
- Develop and implement MDM automation to streamline user onboarding processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and enhance IT policies and workflows
- Create documentation and procedures to support user reference and team operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company
- A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution
- Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment
- Proficient in supporting remote users in a distributed environment
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system and the Office 365 suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AWS platform management
- Knowledge of email filtering systems and spam/phishing mitigation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally for onsite roles
