      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the ticketing system and respond promptly to user requests via various communication channels
      - Develop MDM automation for user onboarding and oversee all IT activities related to onboarding and offboarding
      - Collaborate with internal teams to identify compliance and IT policy needs, proposing enhancements and deploying solutions
      - Write and update documentation for user reference and assist users with access and system issues
      - Participate in a Help Desk OnCall schedule, providing support as the team grows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company
      - Customer-oriented approach to problem resolution
      - Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment
      - Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system
      - Proficiency in the Office 365 suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
