      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for Microsoft’s full suite of business applications and operating systems
      - Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software for desktops, printers, and mobile devices
      - Log client issues accurately in the ticket management system and demonstrate ownership of incoming tickets
      - Address time-sensitive issues promptly and effectively communicate solutions
      - Assist with on-site client visits as needed for troubleshooting and remediation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication and customer service experience
      - Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance
      - General knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Hypervisor technology (Hyper-V and VMware)
      - Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
      - Microsoft Server technologies knowledge including Active Directory and Remote Desktop

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in relevant technologies within six months of being hired
      - Experience working with vendors to stabilize customer environments
      - Familiarity with logging client issues in a ticket management system
      - Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective conflict management and client interactions
