      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the implementation of methodologies to identify and prioritize risks across the enterprise
      - Assist in developing detailed plans for mitigating identified cybersecurity risks
      - Help transition security measures into a comprehensive risk program aligned with healthcare standards
      - Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure security controls are functioning effectively
      - Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather data and communicate risk findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma equivalency or currently enrolled in an accredited program specific to the discipline
      - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration (with a focus on Risk Management), or a related technical field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Entry-level understanding of cybersecurity risk management concepts and security controls
      - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business context
      - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across different departments
      - Analytical thinking skills to identify potential points of failure or vulnerability
