Job Description
- Req#: REF1111W
- Responsible to manage and support the maintenance of IT Infrastructure related equipment, software and configuration to ensure smooth operational process.
- Provide support for end-users; involve hardware, software, networking, storage, desktop installation.
- Monitor diagnose and resolve problems with IT system.
- Conduct analysis to improve IT Infrastructure.
- Participate in IT Projects to provide the necessary IT Infrastructure services.
- To support end user IT requirements.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Equivalent
