What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system documentation and artifacts to understand associated business processes
- Elicit business system requirements through interviews, group meetings, and documentation reviews
- Document and analyze 'as is' and 'to be' business processes
- Develop and maintain test plans, detailed test cases, and user acceptance testing plans
- Identify and document application defects, ensuring they are tracked to resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 84 months of experience in eliciting business requirements and maintaining such requirements
- Minimum of 84 months of experience developing business requirements and process documentation
- Minimum of 84 months of experience creating test plans and executing functional and system tests
- Minimum of 48 months of experience supporting business applications in a help-desk environment
- Minimum of 24 months of experience with systems related to criminal justice processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong familiarity with various development platforms and technical architectures
- Experience in mapping system requirements to test cases
- Proven ability to guide large teams and contribute to significant projects
