      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end users
      - Perform imaging, deployment, and maintenance of workstation devices
      - Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools
      - Assist with the implementation and upgrades of system and network hardware/software
      - Maintain clear communication with end users and document work performed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Help Desk and Customer Support experience
      - Active Directory Administration knowledge
      - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
      - IT Support or Technical Support experience
      - Strong customer service background

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience with GHOST 8.0+; familiarity with FOG (Free Open Ghost) is a plus
      - Understanding of computer networking fundamentals
