      Job Description:

      We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Access Protégé Trainee for 12 months . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Patient Access Program (PAP) with our outsourced partner and manage specific requests on PAP from health care professionals. This role involves compiling the monthly reports on PAP for the commercial team, managing tender documentation process, maintaining pricing updates, managing the global pricing platform, compiling documents for audits, and assisting with legal processes related to market access. The Market Access Protégé Trainee will play a critical role in ensuring efficient business operation and compliance with organizational SOP and legal processes.

      Responsibilities:

      Patient Access Program (PAP) Oversight:

      • Manage the outsourced partner ZPS, ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon timelines , quality standards, and compliance requirements.

      • Monitor the performance of ZPS and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal program execution.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PAP with overall commercial strategies.

      Monthly Reporting:

      • Follow up with outsourced partner to compile monthly reports on the Patient Access Program's performance for the commercial team.

      • Compile quarterly reconciliation of PAP report to finance

      • Analyze data and provide insights on trends, challenges, and opportunities related to market access.

      Tender/L egal Documentation Process:

      • Oversee the tender process, including the development, submission, and management of tender documents in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

      • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timely submission of all necessary documentation.

      • Coordinate with internal teams to gather the required information for tender responses.

      Pricing Maintenance Updates:

      • Maintain up-to-date pricing information for products, including price adjustments, discounts, and rebates.

      • Collaborate with the finance and commercial teams to ensure accurate pricing data and timely updates.

      • Monitor pricing changes in the market and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.

      My Price Platform Management:

      • Manage the My Price platform, including updating pricing information, resolving technical issues, and attend periodic training and updates from Global on its functionalities.

      • Ensure the platform's accuracy, reliability, and user-friendliness for internal stakeholders.

      Audits and Legal Processes:

      • Co mpile documents for regular audits of market access activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOP , and contractual obligations.

      • Support legal processes related to market access, including contract reviews, communications with relevant internal and external partners , and documentation.

      Qualifications and Skills:

      • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.

      • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

      • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

      • Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau).

      • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
