What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop robust and scalable AI solutions for business challenges
- Utilize Foundation Models available on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker to fulfill customer performance requirements
- Analyze and extract relevant information from large datasets to automate and optimize key processes
- Communicate complex mathematical concepts effectively to non-experts
- Collaborate with team members to drive innovative AI projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with solid experience, or a master's degree in computer science
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, CV, GNN, or distributed training
- Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning or deep learning models and systems
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese for technical and business communication
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a highly quantitative field
- Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, EMR, S3, DynamoDB, and EC2
- Practical knowledge of generative AI and experience in prompt engineering and hosting Large Foundational Models
- Proficiency in Spanish (B2+ level) is a plus
