- Plan and execute a portfolio of B2B event programs across North America, including industry conferences, executive dinners, CXO roundtables, roadshows, CI&T-hosted events, and curated executive experiences
- Partner with vertical marketing and sales leaders to align event programs with GTM priorities, target accounts, and regional growth initiatives
- Identify new executive engagement opportunities and industry field activations that drive demand generation and pipeline development
- Manage planning and coordination of the North America events calendar across conferences, executive programs, and regional activations
- Support sales teams with pre-event targeting, invitation strategy, and outbound follow-through to maximize engagement with priority accounts
- Manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables across multiple concurrent events
- Track event performance and engagement metrics in collaboration with marketing operations and sales, including Leads, Meetings, and Pipeline Influence
- Support post-event follow-up activities and insights to improve future event performance and pipeline impact
- Collaborate with marketing team members in Brazil who support North America event execution
- Provide guidance and direction to marketing team members and cross-functional contributors supporting event execution
- Partner with CI&T's events agency and external vendors on planning, logistics, production, and on-site execution
- Track event budgets, manage expense reporting, and coordinate vendor invoices and payments to ensure accurate financial oversight of event programs
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B marketing events, event programs, or event operations
- Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services environments strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience executing conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, and executive engagement programs that support pipeline generation
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
- Experience providing guidance and direction to team members supporting event execution and operations
- Experience working with event agencies, venues, and vendors
- Experience executing both hybrid and in-person event formats

The Role
CI&T is seeking a Senior B2B Events Specialist - North America to execute high-impact B2B executive events and industry conferences that support lead generation, pipeline development, and brand visibility.
This role partners closely with marketing and sales teams to translate go-to-market priorities into compelling in-person and hybrid event experiences that engage enterprise buyers and prospects. The Senior B2B Events Specialist will manage execution of the North America events program, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and work closely with CI&T's external events agency to deliver seamless experiences that contribute to pipeline development.
The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to execute complex event programs that support demand generation and business growth.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area (remote) and supports events across North America.Travel required: up to 30% for conferences and hosted client events, with occasional international travel to CI&T's office in Campinas, Brazil.
$122,100 - $128,200 a year
