Job Description
- Req#: R16274
- $1000 Sign-On Bonus - $100 after 30 days, $400 after 6 months and $500 after 1 year.
- Pay: $18 - $23 per hour
- Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance
- 6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays each year
- 1 week of vacation to start and 2 weeks in Year 2 (vacation is accrued weekly)

- Follow all customer designated protocols for completion of QMC call.
- Complete the QMC audit with a passing score on each store visit.
- Build relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
- Communicate with local office and QMC department on service and scheduling to ensure customer needs are supported
- Ensure proper site/work specific PPE equipment is used at each job and when working with electricity ensure all safety precautions are in use, implementing all lock out/tag out procedures.
- Complete all invoices with accurate list of all parts used and enter appropriate job-related comments and transmit work to customer portals daily.
- Make equipment recommendations to customer and follow up with Sales Department
- Ensure proper site/work specific PPE equipment is used at each job and when working with electricity ensure all safety precautions are in use, implementing all lock out/tag out procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Obtain and maintain QMC certification upon successful completion of 90-day QMC training program
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer service and relationship building skills
- Ability to use basic hand tools, familiarity with power tools.
- Position requires regular bending, stooping, kneeling and ability to lift 75 pounds.
- Ability to travel and work overnights when necessary
