      What You’ll Do

      As a Kennel Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hospital clean, safe, and running smoothly:

      • Clean and sanitize kennels, treatment areas, and common spaces
      • Ensure all areas are well-stocked and organized
      • Provide basic care for boarding pets (feeding, walking, cleaning enclosures)
      • Administer medications as directed (training provided)
      • Assist with patient restraint and light technical support when needed
      • Support the team with daily hospital operations

      What We’re Looking For

      Requirements:

      • 1+ year of kennel or animal handling experience preferred
      • Interest in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine
      • Ability to handle physical tasks (standing, lifting, cleaning)

      Schedule

      • Full-time, flexible position
      • Monday, Wednesday, Friday + rotating weekends & holidays
      • Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (or until close)
      • Must be available to return for animal care if clinic closes early (holidays, etc.)
