What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify growth opportunities and assess market trends to align business objectives with partner needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within dental practices
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure account health and take corrective actions when necessary
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing guidance and support throughout their journey
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Sales/Customer Success, preferably in fintech, tech, or startup environments
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mastery of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to self-manage

- Experience in coaching teams and building processes from the ground up on technology products
- Conducting business and financial analysis to evaluate performance and prioritize opportunities
