What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls related to member account inquiries, payment assistance, and program enrollment
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on utilizing their account benefits and services
- Review and update member accounts as needed to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with activating benefits and resolving any issues they may encounter
- Communicate effectively while toggling between multiple systems and maintaining accurate documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Korean
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
- Open availability between 8:30 am - 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday
