      Your Opportunity:

      As a Laboratory Assistant I - Molecular Diagnostics you plan and organize your work responsibilities and processes to perform standard and specialized procedures. You will use your knowledge to participate in quality control functions and quality assurance activities. In addition, you ensure work processes are carried out with staff and patient safety as priority. As a laboratory assistant, you will perform a variety of specialized and/or accessioning duties in the Molecular Diagnostics department.

      Description:

      As a Medical Laboratory Assistant I, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching and testing of specimens, performing procedures and reporting results.
