      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of improvements to the Quality Management System
      - Provide assistance to regional laboratories in resolving quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and determining CAPA for nonconforming events
      - Aid in planning and preparing for state, federal, and CAP accreditation inspections while assisting with inspection readiness efforts
      - Draft various SOPs and documents, providing training to relevant staff members
      - Conduct internal quality audits, document findings, and standardize processes across all laboratories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a focus in medical technology, chemical, or biological science
      - One or more years of clinical laboratory experience with knowledge of CLIA regulations, CAP requirements, and CLSI guidelines
      - Experience with anatomic pathology testing platforms, particularly in gynecologic cytology, histology, and/or molecular, preferably in women’s health
      - Strong organizational, planning, decision-making, and process improvement skills
      - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead and drive change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in gynecologic cytopathology statistics and cytology quality management
      - Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory environment
      - Hands-on experience with MediaLab
      - Audit experience and certification, such as ASQ or Six Sigma
      - Strong customer orientation with the ability to foster long-term relationships
