      What You'll Do

      As the Lead BCBA - Grant Manager, you will:
      Clinical Excellence
      • Provide high-quality ABA services in clinic and in-home settings
      • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise cases, and provide parent training
      • Maintain ethical, evidence-based ABA aligned with BACB standards
      Lead & Inspire
      • Supervise 5-7 RBTs, including coaching, evaluations, and professional development
      • Ensure BACB supervision standards are met and properly documented
      Grant Program Leadership
      • Provide clinical oversight of grant-funded programs
      • Support reporting, audits, deliverables, and sustainability
      Multidisciplinary Collaboration
      • Work alongside: Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Primary care providers, Therapists, and Care coordinators

      You'll be part of a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) providing seamless, integrated care.

      What You Bring
      • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
      • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
      • 2+ years of clinical ABA experience (leadership experience preferred)
      • Passion for working with diverse populations
      • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
