What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and champion the product vision for the ALIP New Business and Underwriting platform
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and ALIP Specialists to drive delivery of platform capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and align on platform priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define user stories and oversee product delivery using agile methodologies
- Navigate change management and support the adoption of new workflows and capabilities across teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in leading product strategy and delivering high-impact capabilities in complex environments
- Experience managing and developing Product Owners or similar roles
- Background in insurance, financial services, or underwriting operations is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and close collaboration with technology teams
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills in complex situations

- Experience in product management or platform modernization roles
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate outcomes across business and technology teams
- Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences, including senior leaders
