What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own execution visibility across CRO initiatives, surfacing stalled work and ensuring reliable updates for leadership
- Lead coordination for multiple CRO-level strategic initiatives, maintaining clarity on deliverables, owners, and timelines
- Drive follow-through from leadership meetings by capturing decisions, action items, and tracking completion
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align work and priorities across various teams
- Maintain momentum through regular check-ins and status updates, adjusting plans as priorities shift
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with a focus on tracking deliverables to completion
- Ability to drive follow-through from senior stakeholders, including documenting decisions and capturing action items
- Strong organizational judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity with shifting priorities
- Clear and concise communication skills tailored for both executives and execution teams
- Familiarity with revenue-facing teams and understanding their operational rhythms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building or improving workflow systems using project management tools
- Background in program management, operations, or related fields that contribute to the role
- Proven ability to create visibility and accountability without adding process overhead
