  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create structured training materials (modules, guides, videos, etc.) to improve understanding of standards and workflows across the verification ecosystem
  - Build and maintain a tiered Verifier Certification Pathway, including prerequisites, assessments, and recertification expectations
  - Develop calibration guides and scenario-based training to enhance consistency and defensibility in scoring and evidence handling
  - Maintain training systems and content governance, ensuring alignment with SOPs and updates
  - Collaborate with Verification leadership and field teams to identify skill gaps and ensure training meets operational needs
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - A deep passion for regenerative agriculture and supporting farmers, ranchers, and partners in the movement
  - 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training operations
  - Highly organized and detail-oriented, proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite
  - Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and empathetically
  - Comfortable working cross-functionally to align training with operational realities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in agriculture, auditing, certification, or field operations
  - Proven track record of building processes, systems, or teams from the ground up
  - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify workflow issues and propose improvements
