      Job Description

      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)

      · Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.

      · Transports guests and their belongings in a safe, comfortable and courteous manner.

      · Maintains communication with the Hotel Leadership as necessary.

      · Inspects vehicle condition before and after use.

      · Reports discrepancies found on vehicle before using.

      · Maintains vehicles for cleanliness and supplies.

      · Maintains appearance to department standards.

      · Performs in a professional, courteous manner.

      · Reports all accidents or tickets immediately to supervisor.

      · This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, vibration and smoke, the severity of which depends on customer volume.

      · Incumbents are, at times, subjected to driving in all weather conditions; proper clothing is provided.

      · Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of team member.

      · Ability to inspect and safely drive all company vehicles.

      · Ability to sit for extended periods of time while transporting guests for extended periods of time.

      · Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds so as to transport needed supplies and luggage to and from vehicle.

      · Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas.

      · Ability to review and comprehend maps and other necessary documentation.
