- Responsible for assisting with clerical tasks associated with handling subpoenas and other legal requests for pharmacy records
- Responsible for assisting with the clerical tasks associated with processing mail and scanning records
- Responsible for assisting with other clerical tasks associated with Litigation Support activities
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience performing office administration tasks
- Demonstrate an ability in commonly used software (for example, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Pass the following tests (before his or her start date in the position):

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 3 years experience performing office administration tasks

Description
The purpose of this position is to assist Litigation Support with responding to subpoenas and other legal requests for records and video. This includes timely and accurately reviewing requests, identifying the types of requests received, distributing requests to the correct people for handling to ultimately ensure that Publix is appropriately and promptly complying with legal requests.

Year End Bonus
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.
