      JOB OPENING - Live Chat Assistant (Remote) ADF Medical Services Inc.

      We're hiring a friendly and attentive Remote Live Chat Assistant to provide real-time online support to our patients and clients. If you're a quick typist with a warm personality and strong written communication skills - this role is perfect for you.

      Role: Live Chat Assistant (Remote)

      Department: Customer Support & Patient Services

      Location: Fully Remote Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

      Requirements

      What You'll Do:
      • Respond to patient and client inquiries instantly through our live chat platform
      • Provide helpful and accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and support
      • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism
      • Log and document all chat interactions accurately in our CRM system
      • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
      • Deliver a consistently warm, helpful, and professional experience in every chat
      • Follow all company communication guidelines and service quality standards
      • Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times
