Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced polished, highly organized, and experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private upscale residence. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels in a fast paced home environment and brings discretion, efficiency, and a calm, solutions-focused approach to household management.

Position Overview
The House Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the household, including staff oversight, vendor coordination, household organization, and family support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a busy, family-centered home with children and pets.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily household operations and schedules
• Supervise domestic staff and coordinate housekeeping services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Manage vendors, maintenance, repairs, and service providers
• Maintain household inventories and manage luxury household supplies
• Assist with event preparation, guest readiness, and travel coordination
• Provide safe transportation for children and pets as needed
• Support meal planning, preparation, and light cooking
• Assist with childcare and pet care when required
• Perform administrative tasks, household organization, and special projects
• Run errands and complete additional tasks as requested

Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of private household or estate management experience (UHNW experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working collaboratively with housekeeping and service staff
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with smart home systems and household software
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Comfortable working in a large residence
• Energetic, flexible, and solutions-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience supporting families with children 6 months and older
• Spanish bilingual a plus
