What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and prepare initial disclosures to ensure compliance and timely issuance
- Validate and review loan submission documents for completeness prior to underwriting
- Confirm validity of Change of Circumstance requests and manage redisclosures
- Issue and validate Closing Disclosures in accordance with loan term requirements
- Assist clients with disclosure-related inquiries and ensure timely communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in mortgage-related roles
- Knowledge of TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures (TRID) guidelines
- Understanding of various loan programs including Conventional, Government, Jumbo, and Non-QM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in mortgage loan operating software and systems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
