Oversees employees and operation ensuring organization, cleanliness, proper maintenance and supplies.
Oversee team members, providing coaching, training, and support to foster a motivated team
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative cocktail menus that align with our brand vision
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations
Interact with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance the guest experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Monitor bar revenue, budget, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
Oversees employees and operation ensuring organization, cleanliness, proper maintenance and supplies.
Provides floor coverage as needed.
Coordinates with various hotel department heads, maintaining adequate floor coverage within the outlets and delegating administrative responsibilities when necessary.
Organizes department through the creation of checklists, seating charts, pars and centralizing information and supplies.
Understands beverage control including days on hand, inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory.
Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.
Maintains food handling and sanitation standards.
Manages inventories according to budget and business levels.
Staffs outlets for staff and management based on the information and needs as presented and defined by the Executive Management.
Plans 30/60/90-day forecast, yearly budget, and employee needs. Promotes within and outside of the hotel to generate sales.
Controls product quality, service quality, general maintenance, discrepant deposits and checks, payroll and costs towards higher profit, increased customer satisfaction and uniform standards of operation.
Evaluates the various reports supplied by supervisors and submits written observations on forms provided as required.
Directs staff towards the goals of the Loews Corporation as defined by management.
Ensures proper handling of guest checks and payment transactions.
Intercedes and/or fills in for employees should need occur.
Trains or supervises the training of all department employees.
Notifies immediate supervisor promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management and fellow employees.
Attends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions.
Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work area.
Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
Complies with safety regulations and procedures.
Complies with hotel policies and rules.
Recycles whenever possible.
Complies with hotel uniform and grooming standards.
Other duties as assigned.
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a luxury bar or high-volume F&B environment
Proven skills in mixology, menu design, and knowledge of industry trends
Experience with training and developing team members in a hospitality setting
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and budgeting principles
Bartenders, bar backs, and other front-line bar staff members
Part-time and seasonal team members when applicable

The Lobby Bar Manager is an experienced Bar or Food & Beverage leader, with a background in luxury or high-volume settings. A strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and menu curation, combined with proven leadership skills and a passion for team development and guest satisfaction, will drive success in this role. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
