- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, documenting SOPs, and clearly defining roles and responsibilities across stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and on-time pickup (OTP) performance while balancing cost and financial targets.
- Provide operational feedback and insights to the Carrier Relations team regarding carrier performance and service issues.
- Partner closely with warehouse, customer service, and cross-functional teams to resolve transportation issues and maintain service continuity.
- Analyze trends and performance data to identify cost reduction and service improvement opportunities; communicate impacts and cost levers to leadership.
- Respond to and manage transportation incidents and exceptions in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the Transportation Systems team on system changes, testing, implementations, and user training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation processes, and service metrics.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear direction under tight timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

As a Transportation & Logistics Supervisor at our corporate headquarters, you will lead 3rd party vendors and daily transportation operations to ensure on-time, safe, and cost-effective freight movement across the company’s transportation network.

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma.
Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead employees. Knowledge of logistics and operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to read, speak, and interpret documents. Must follow and give clear instructions and work under tight timelines. Possess Personal Computer skills using Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point.
