      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in long-term care facilities
      - Execute and track a high level of call productivity and meet daily account and customer call targets
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
      - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty among clients
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address patient access issues and enhance product utilization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in long-term care
      - Proven experience in calling on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care pharmacies
      - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience in complex reimbursement environments
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented record of demand generation and performance within the long-term care sector
      - Successful experience in launching products in the long-term care market
      - Strong clinical acumen to effectively communicate clinical data
      - Ability to deliver presentations digitally and engage with healthcare professionals effectively
      - Experience in business-to-business sales with demonstrated influencing skills
