      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in long-term care facilities
      - Execute and track sales activities to meet and exceed productivity goals
      - Analyze territory insights to optimize account plans and routing strategies
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product access and utilization
      - Collaborate with various teams to address patient access issues and ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in long-term care
      - Proven experience calling on skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term care pharmacies
      - In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and complex reimbursement environments
      - Proficiency in Veeva CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in launching pharmaceutical products in the long-term care market
      - Strong influencing skills and business-to-business sales experience
      - Documented record of demand generation and performance in long-term care settings
      - Ability to communicate clinical data effectively
      - Experience with digital presentation tools
