      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote and grow MasterBrand cabinet lines in Lowe's home improvement stores within the assigned territory
      - Train and mentor new in-store designers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
      - Build relationships with existing in-store designers to generate sales
      - Assist designers in closing sales and managing customer satisfaction issues
      - Conduct regular sales visits to stores, requiring frequent travel within the territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Outgoing and driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills
      - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
      - Proficiency in computer skills
      - Valid driver's license in good standing with an acceptable driving record
      - Sales experience, preferably within large home centers or the cabinet industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's-level degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
      - Kitchen design experience, including familiarity with 20/20 software
      - Background in the cabinet industry or experience with home improvement products
