The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth North Pinellas
The role you’ll contribute:
Performs general maintenance and preventive maintenance per Hospital policy. General Knowledge of air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution and systems, boiler and boiler water testing/treatment, Life Safety equipment, Oxygen, Medical Air, Nitrogen Systems and Emergency Generator Operator. Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Requests as assigned and required reports in timeframe set by Policies & Procedures. Assigned as "On-Call" Mechanic on a rotational basis.

· Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs throughout the Hospital
· Responsible for building maintenance of all satellite offices to include Palm Harbor Emergency Department
· Cooling Towers Testing and Treatment
· Maintain Water Softener salt levels, maintenance and settings
· General Maintenance, operations and treatment of boilers
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Life Safety Systems
· On a “Scheduled” basis covers On-Call during off shift for emergency repairs
· Conduct Rounding’s of all On-Line Equipment to include recording of pressures, temperatures and the understanding of out of parameter readings and whom to report to.The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· High School Grad or Equiv or GED
· 2+ Related Experience
· Driver's License (DL) Valid Florida State LicenseAbout the company
